Steve and Gretchen are the group leaders of Progressive Real Estate Groups. Since 1990, they have combined their experience in producing the results you have come to expect in your Real Estate Agent.

Steve and Gretchen are both graduates of the Real Estate Institute. How is that important to you? Just as each buyer is unique, Steve and Gretchen have their own areas of expertise. Steve is the Principal Broker of the Company and is uniquely qualified to advise and counsel on Residential, New Construction, Auction, Commercial and Executive Property Management. Steve also loves working with 1031 tax deferred exchange properties as well as Barren River Lake homes. Gretchen has spent the last several years developing the skills, patience, and multi-faceted needs to be able to assist relocating buyers and intown transfers. Gretchen also stays in close contact with the sellers of Progressive Real Estate Groups to keep them informed of their marketing progress. In addition, Steve and Gretchen work with an entire group of dedicated professionals to support fulfilling your needs in buying or selling property.
